The boy is back from "spring break" in South Dakota... he once referred to my house as "the crap factory" because, well, I have a lot of neat stuff and he can probably shove all his collective possessions into three boxes... yet, what did he bring me from South Dakota? Crap:
Yes, that is a portrait from 1947 of a cat sitting on a church altar. Apparently there was a second photo, in a matching frame, of the priest who owned the cat posing by the altar, but he deemed that one "too creepy"... Strange crap.

I think sparkle preppy should be a dressing genre unto itself.
Ooh, this is an adorable outfit! Love it.
Love the mix of the oxford with the sequins!! Dave likes to tell me I have a lot of crap (yeah, so what if our place is 85% my stuff!), but then gets shocked when I don't go out shopping on the weekend or buy something when we are out together. That cat picture is priceless!
I love the top and skirt- and the odd cat-tastic-carp. It's pretty funny and as far as curios go pretty kitchy. I mean a south dakotan- cat lovin' priest. There is a short story in there!
Holy cat crap. That is awesome.
This is soooooo funny (not your outfit, that is wonderful, but the story of the picture)!!!! So funny, I cannot think of a good domment!

The boy is pretty awesome to bring that photo for you. And I'm not just saying that because I bought my husband a boxing nun puppet when we were dating.

Yay! I love Sparkle Preppy! That is a panic!
And is THAT what the humane society means by "altar
(alter) your pets?" Hahaha...;)
