adventures in quirky style

Remember when I promised to stop the madness and not thrift shop until I fixed everything in "the sewing pile", wore everything in "the never worn pile", and posted everything in my etsy that's in "the etsy pile"... well I'm on my way! I've been sewing and fixing and suddenly got the urge to put on an amazing iTunes playlist and try them on! Obviously I won't keep and wear all these outfits as is, but these are seeds of outfits so to speak, to be tweaked and then worn when seasonally appropriate!

Without further ado, I give you dress up time...

So this is what happens when it snows like crazy, my client cancels due to said snow, and I sit around, sewing, rocking out, drinking a lot of tea, and playing! Stay tuned, I'm sure there will be a part two soon!

P.S. Yes, I am embarrassed that I own this many clothes. I'm working on it. I may have a really epic fashion garage sale this summer.

Love it! And thanks for proving that granny boots go with nearly everything.

I live in D.C. and if you had a yard sale, it might be worth it to travel all the way there to get those clothes. Or maybe I'll just stick to watching your Etsy stuff.

I know, I'm terrible with my etsy... I don't mind photographing the stuff on, but then laying it out and photographing it from the front and back, and detail shots, and measuring the bust and waist and hips and shoulder and length and and and... seriously, if there is anything you really want, let me know and I'll see if I'm willing to part with it and give you the measurements, etc. I'm not too attached to too many clothes.

I'm loving the two with the coral colors the mostest!
