Pink swan(s)

No obscure references for you to decipher today... just a kick-ass swan sweater from the '80s.
Glasses - thrifted American Optical, lenses replaced
Sweater - thrifted (no tags)
Pants - thrifted Isaac Mizrahi for Target
Shoes - Seychelles

Oh, you know, just perfectly matching shoes:

I'm going to a queer art show tonight with a few friends, then tomorrow I'm going thrifting with Mr. T.  He and I are no longer dating but we are still friends. Remember when we first met and I complained we had no chemistry? Yeah. So we pretty much agreed that we both kick ass, but we do not make sense as a couple.  But we still talk and thrift, and may get ourselves involved in another art war, so it's cool.  It's also his half birthday on Saturday so I may or may not be dragging him out to the worst place on earth (I'll tell you about it if it happens.) On Sunday, I've got a first date. Since all boys get a blog nickname 'round here, we shall call him The Tatttoed Vegan. Because that is what he is. If he sticks around, I'll give him a better nickname, but for now, it'll have to do. I'll be back Monday with an update I'm sure!

Holy amazing. I so love this.

It's so nice to hear that you guys are friends. I feel like, as an old person, nowadays it's so common to just sever all ties if the romantical aspect doesn't work out.

Have fun on your date! As a tattooed vegan, I'm putting for The Tattooed Vegan!

Those shoes are amazing, and I want to know where the Worst Place on Earth is located.

That sweater is the sweetest, and the shoes are perfect. Glad you and Mr.T are still friends. It sounded like you guys had a lot of fun together. Goodluck on your first date with "Tattooed Vegan".

That sweater really rings a bell. I feel like I had one very similar to it in 1988. It was my FAVE.

Good luck on the date! I live in Florida and during the 80's we actually had pink flamingos in our yard. We were being kitchy not serious.

ooh, I have been lusting over those exact same shoes for a while now (they're gray instead of white)... there is one pair left on amazon and it's my size. The price keeps on dropping every week though so I've been trying to hold out. :) Seeing them looking so cute on you though makes me not want to wait any longer!
