Too poor for Chloé

I thrifted this blazer last year, and am finally wearing it... I love the scalloped details which remind me of Chloé!
Blazer - thrifted (David Benjamin LTD brand)
Bow pin - thrifted
T-shirt - Target
Shorts - Brooklyn Industries
Lace tights - Target (little girls section)
Socks - Target
Boots - DSW clearance (Diba)

See, le scallop:
Nothing too exciting to report here, I have a giant to-do list I must get to at some point, but I have work, then running, then shower, then book club... hmm, tomorrow? No, I've got work, my special needs client, then either off to see Sarah Vowell talk or go watch Project Runway... Friday it is. I've been being totally lame (per my friends) every Friday for like two months and just tinkering around the house and doing t-shirt stuff and sewing things rather than hanging out with them, and I actually like it that way... I'm getting old.

  4. Holy hell, I love that jacket/cardigan.

I know what you mean about preferring to stay home...sometimes I have to force myself to be social and go out. I often ask myself why I bother living in NYC. For about $900 less/month I could sit home elsewhere!

  6. Wow - that jacket is fabulous! I can't believe you haven't worn it previously. As for going out I am sure Spring Fever will hit soon and you will go out more and if not, who cares as long as you are enjoying yourself!
