Blue velvet blazer - thrifted vintage (no tags)
Dress - thrifted BGB Ltd.
Necklace - flea market
Butterfly pin - vintage, inherited from gma
Snake pin - thrifted
Tights - Target
Shoes - vintage via eBay (brand is worn off)
Necklace and pin details... normally I avoid anything butterfly related but this vintage enamel pin my grandma gave me is too beautiful not to wear! I found this felt necklace at a flea market with my mom for $2!
I love me a good blazer and in honor of their glory, here are some of my favorite past wearing of blazers (click them to go to my flickr if you want the outfit details). Sadly, there are MANY more blazer outfits... I think I have a problem.
Is it very wrong that I want to see the snake pin sneaking up to eat the butterfly pin?
ReplyDeleteOMG if I had membered this quote I so would have used it... you are awesome!
ReplyDeleteJust found your blog. I'm loving your style and all your blazers.
ReplyDeleteI'm loving all those blazer looks. I think flowers and butterflies are a good choice on a cold day, because they remind me of spring.
ReplyDeleteI love all these blazers too, especially the red striped one. You do a great job of dressing them down a little so they don't look stuffy.
ReplyDeleteYou do rock the blazer like nobody's business.
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh, you have won for the most blazer looks today. You are a blazer pro! I'm totally jealous.

Holy smoke! That is one collection of blazers; you might be right about having a problem. But every cloud... you do look fantastic in them. Why do you avoid butterflies?
ReplyDeleteI don't quite know why I avoid butterflies... somewhere between my 6th grade love of butterflies and all the bad tramp stamp butterflies I've seen, I just started to dislike them... a lot of stuff they get put on is... corny?
ReplyDeleteHello, I just found you from Everybody Everywear!
ReplyDeleteThat is so lovely blazer!
And I like your style very much :)
Have a great day!

Hahahaha; tramp stamp. I had to Google that. I'm still cracking up about it(I don't get out much). And you're right about the butterflies. Overexposure=corny.
ReplyDeleteYou rule the blazers. Especially the vintage ones.
ReplyDeleteholy cow. you are the blaze master. or the lazer master. or the (get ready for this, as i'm sure it's not at all predictable or already done in your title) BLAZER MASTER. you look fab in, i'm not even kidding, every single stinking one of these blazer shots. i'm gonna start calling you blaze. i seem to have no choice in the matter.

What a cool felted necklace! Flea markets are amazing places. You have a fantastic blazer collection. I am very much in love with the red, white and pink(?) one.
ReplyDeleteI love all your blazers and let me tell you you are not alone, the bad thing about me is that I don't wear them that often, but you always inspire me to wear mine.
ReplyDeleteand you necklace! I-want-it-so-bad!
ReplyDeleteI love the blazer with the pattern on it.
ReplyDeleteYou're not kidding, you do love the blazer! But they go with everything so it makes sense. That necklace is the best... I did pink polka dots with a blazer too for today!
ReplyDeleteoh you are just so cute! The main outfit is stunning and all the rest are great too, so many blazers, im jealous
