Ooh La La - Ruffles!

I love me some ruffles... some pleating, some gathering, some abstract fabric flower details... I don't know why, but everything is cuter with a little ruffle... that being said, I don't own too many ruffled things because gathered shoulders make me look like a linebacker; most ruffled skirts are somehow too toddler-ish, too skank-ish, or too hippie-ish; ruffled busts just make me look, erm, bustier; this dress is the one exception it seems...

Dress - thrifted (Lady Carol Petites of NY brand)
Belt - thrifted
Pale yellow tights - Target
Shoes - Modcloth

Ruffled neckline and ruffled sleeves... and NAVY! Yay!
This is one of my absolute favorite dresses... I really need to wear it more than once or twice a year!

    Cute! I have a thrifted dress that looks similar to yours, however mine is hot pink with a deeper ruffle v-neck. It makes me feel like a "bond" girl if you know what I mean.
